tic—the modern age needle and thread

Losing a button is no reason to lose your shirt. tic gives you an elegant way to permanently fasten shirt buttons without using needle and thread.

You no longer have to spend time and energy on threading a needle and stitching on the button, wasting time you don’t have. Swedish manufactured tic has the speedy solution. Poke tic through the fabric from the underside of the shirt, place the button over the spikes of tic, close the clip, then wiggle it around until it comes off. There you go—the button is fixed back on.

Manufactured in Sweden, tic’s products are made of high quality recyclable plastic. Once the button has been reattached using tic, the garment it can be worn and washed as if the button had been stitched by hand. Water, detergent, or the dry cleaners will not affect tic’s quality.

This handy contraption has now hit Australian shores, with the product being stocked in retail outlets in Melbourne, Sydney and online. For $7.95, you get 4 tic shirt fasteners in black or white.
