Known for its ultimate masculine men’s personal care, Brut is getting behind violence against women in a proud new partnership with White Women Australia.
Effective since the 1ST of September, a donation from every White Ribbon specially marked Brut can purchase, will go to the national charity to help stop domestic violence in Australia.
“We want all men in Australia to reflect on their core values, stand up and speak out against domestic violence against women,” says John Donlan, PharmaCare Chief Executive Officer.
By wearing Brut, Men can make a difference. Brut recognises what defines a “man” in today’s society.
It’s no longer the strongest, who works the hardest, or who’s the best at sport. But rather it’s acknowledging the core values that Aussie men are proud of like, respect for women, honesty, integrity, trust, equality and mate-ship.
Brut has a long-standing relationship with Australian men who religiously use the product, so understanding the role men can change some men’s behaviour and attitude around men’s violence and disrespect towards women.
White Ribbon’s primary initiative is to aim to prevent violence before it happens which is done by educating, raising awareness, and challenging ingrained attitudes and power inequalities.
Brut encourages all men to choose to support White Ribbon by choosing Brut products to help make a change and commit making women’s safety a man’s issue too.
