With Summer right around the corner, what better way to get ready for the warm weather, than to re-stock on all things you’ll be needing for the Season. When it comes to summer and the warm weather, we all love a swim, whether at the beach or in the pool… The proudly Australian beach towel brand, Tesalate, has got you covered with an incredible range of towels.

Tesalate’s sand-free, vibrant towels are also versatile enough to use all year round, and apart from using these towels on beach days this summer, they are also great to use for indoor workouts, for yoga and for picnics in the backyard or in the park. Tesalate towels are fast drying, super absorbent, compact and light, which makes them the perfect packing essential for camping, hiking, and outdoor activities.

The back story behind the brand

The Tesalate beach towel was designed by two Aussie friends, Volkan Ozbek and Jacky Lam, who after 18 months of planning, product development and testing, launched Tesalate at Bondi Beach Markets in 2016. Volkan and Jacky originally came up with the towel idea whilst on an outing with friends, at Sydney’s Royal National Park. The friends had to drag their dirty, sand-laden, heavy towels at the very end of the day.

From this experience, they thought of creating a towel that both, performed better than the average beach towel, but also looked amazing as well. Now, Tesalate has rapidly expanded by selling towels to customers from all over the world, within 100 countries, in just 2 years.

“Beach days haven’t been the same since we debuted a few years ago”.

Tesalate Team

Tesalate has truly dominated the market over in the U.S. and in the European markets as well, with the brands Facebook and Instagram accounts collectively having over one million followers. The brand’s average rating of customer reviews is 4.9 stars, and has over 20,000 organic reviews to date, which you can read on their website. These incredible, and successful statistics make Tesalate, by far, the most reviewed towel in the world.

Why Tesalate Towels are such a summer essential

To keep with the fast approaching summer season, and the end of year trends, the Tesalate team has designed towels in classic, trendy, tropical, eclectic themes, that feature a wide range of patterns and prints, to cater to everyone’s distinct personality. The towels also feature a signature triangular geometric design that are on the other side of every towel.

Not only will you be tanning on a trendy looking towel this summer, but Tesalate towels have also been created with an innovative, and clever design, different to any other beach towel. Tesalate beach towels feature:

  • Fantastic fabric care: The towels are extremely easy to maintain, with a cold machine wash, a tumble dry on low or just hanging them out to dry, are three ways to clean and dry the towel.
  • Fast drying: Just as the Tesalate towel can absorb a lot of water, it can also dry up amazingly fast, way faster than the regular towel.
  • Lightweight: Tesalate beach towels incredibly light, unlike regular ones which are big and bulky.  Each towel comes with a waterproof nylon drawstring bag, making them compact, and able to fit into a small tote bag.
  • Material: Tesalate Towels feature an AbsorbLite microfiber material, that is gentle and soft even on sensitive skin.
  • Quality: Regular towels fade and fray over time… But Tesalate’s durable fabric promises that the colour will remain vibrant, even after constant use and washing.
  • Sand-free: Say goodbye to the days of shaking the sand off the towels, as sand easily slides off the Tesalate towel since its made of AbsorbLite microfibre… Tesalate beach towels have no looped fibres which is why sand slides off so easily.
  • Super absorbent: The Tesalate beach towels are extremely water absorbent, being able to soak up to one liter of water.
  • Towel hook: Tesalate towels features a very handy, hanging hook, that ensures your towel will always hang, both, clean and dry.

Workout Towels

The Tesalate team, after so much success with beach towels, were inspired to create an antibacterial & odour free workout towel, to encourage people to stay fit anytime, anywhere. Tesalate workout towels also feature the same bold and vibrant vibe that the beach towels are known, and recognised for. The Tesalate team have created the towels with zinc in the construction of the workout fabric, which acts as an antibacterial agent.

Unlike other antimicrobial substances such as silver and copper, zinc based additives are broad spectrum antimicrobials. This means that the workout towels are effective against not just bacteria, but also the growth of fungi including algae, mold and mildew that causes odour. With the all new Tesalate Workout Towel this summer you will stay, stylish, smell fresh, clean and worry free even after a hard workout… The workout towel is anti-bacterial, odour free, lightweight, fast drying, and super absorbent.
