The dawn service includes a catafalque contingent of Ode Remembrance, Last Post bugle call, a minutes silence, a Reveille played on a bugle and the laying of wreaths.

If you can’t make the early morning dawn service at 4.30am, which was the time the Australians waded ashore at ANZAC Cove on 25 April 1915, you have plenty of opportunities throughout to participate in an ANZAC Day event.

These other events taking place throughout the day include the ANZAC Day March, the commemoration service in Hype Park and the sunset service ceremony in Martin Place.
