IXL Home Pty has announced the first release of their iRobot Braava 380t Mopping Robot in Australia.
The company is the official Australian distributor of iRobot Corp merchandise, a worldwide leader in automated home maintenance which uses technology to make mundane household tasks easier.
The Braava 380 Series Mopping Robot does exactly this, by systematically mopping and/or sweeping multiple rooms and large spaces to tackle everyday dirt and grime.
This robot mop uses advanced technology to ensure maximum efficiency, with a Navigation Cube keeping track of where it’s been and where it needs to go.
The Braava can mop up to 32 square metres in a single cleaning, and can last for two and a half minutes on a single charge.
It sweeps in straight lines back and forth to efficiently pick up dust, dirt, and hair.
The iRobot Braava 380t Mopping Robot can be found online at irobot.com.au or in stores including: Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, Betta, Myer, JB Home and Bing Lee.
Its market price is $599AUD.
Since the launch of the company’s flagship Roomba Vacuum Cleaning Robot in 2002, iRobot has sold more than 15 million home robots worldwide.
The company anticipates that this new mopping robot will be widely bought.
Christian Cerda, the CEO of iRobot, said: “With more than 15 million home robots sold worldwide, iRobot offers multiple cleaning solutions to consumers, enabling people to have cleaner floors and fresher homes, every day.
“The Braava 380t complements our product line by providing a mopping robot that navigates multiple rooms and large spaces.”
