This can be simply achieved with ergonomic adjustable sit-stand desk, which will allow you to stand comfortably while working.

Most modern versions of sit-stand desks are completely adjustable so you can simply switch between sitting and standing.

Once you make the switch you wont go back! You will notice productivity enhances and say goodbye to backaches.
