Samsung Galaxy S II

  • September 27, 2011
  • Atal Hakikat
The Samsung Galaxy S II is made mostly from plastic, though this does not take away from the overall appeal of the tech-phone image. Canoeing for Fitness

It’s always nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Living in Sydney, it’s quite hard to do that most of the time with constant beeping cars, sirens, people about and so much life busily happening all around us. Sometimes time out is just what we need and a new hobby can be found which can benefit your mind, body and soul.

You’re not feeling the best, you’ve had a bad day and nothing sounds more appealing than a packet of Tim-Tams. Well you’re not alone. Wanting to eat something to ‘cheer yourself up’, without demolishing a box of chocolate donuts, is a common battle for all of us. Take a Walk

  • September 13, 2011
  • Atal Hakikat
It is said that walking is one of the easiest forms of exercise, it can be done anywhere at anytime and benefits each person greatly. The Truth About Juice

Orange juice: the juice of an orange, in a bottle. The farmers pick it, squeeze it and package it straight to the nearest supermarket, where you buy it, refrigerate it and drink it. The process can’t be much more complicated than that, right?

Exercise Excuses

  • September 13, 2011
  • Atal Hakikat
I have written a few posts on exercise today and how beneficial it is for each of us. I’m hoping that they have encouraged you all to try new forms of exercise (like canoeing) and give half an hour of your time to a quick walk. Though, the main thing that stops us from continuing with exercise routines and keeping motivated is our human ability to make excuses to not do something. Our lives are all busy and it’s too easy to convince ourselves why we can’t do something, especially when it involves exercising.
