Rumoured to contain not only blood but also extract from a highly poisonous plant called Deadly Nightshade, Lady Gaga’s new perfume FAME, is certainly the talk of the town.
Gaga teamed up with the Haus Laboratories creative team, Paris to create the innovative and one of a kind fragrance. The scent is somewhat ominous and alluring with dark notes of Belladonna and a black veil of incense, however the heart of Tiger Orchidea and Jasmine leave a light and floral essence.
FAME is truly making it’s mark with the innovation of the first ever black to clear eau de perfume which is representative of the soul of fame. The mysterious black liquid is retained in a modern egg shaped clear glass bottle and capped with gold monster-like claws.
The perfume does not contain Gaga’s blood, nor does it contain any traces of Deadly nightshade, however it does perfectly reflect Gaga’s statement and motto “if you don’t have any shadows, you’re not standing in the light”.
