During this month-long event, Atlantis Dubai invites guests to experience exclusive dining journeys crafted by renowned regional chefs and award-winning celebrity chefs, including Nobu Matsuhisa, Gastón Acurio, Ariana Bundy, and Mich Turner. Culinary Month kicks off with the highly anticipated Atlantis Restaurant Week, featuring set menus with signature dishes from world-class restaurants such as Nobu Dubai, Hakkasan, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, and Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, among others. Events will be hosted across both Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis the Royal, two iconic resorts renowned for having the highest concentration of award-winning restaurants in the region, solidifying Atlantis Dubai’s status as a premier global dining hub.

The Best Chef Awards Gala

Atlantis Dubai is thrilled to announce that the 8th annual The Best Chef Awards Gala will be held at the iconic Asateer Tent at Atlantis, The Palm, on Wednesday, November 6. This prestigious event will kick off Atlantis Dubai’s annual Culinary Month, with this year’s awards set to be the largest in the event’s history, reflecting both the growing influence of The Best Chef platform and Dubai’s rising prominence on the global culinary stage. Atlantis Dubai is proud to serve as the main sponsor for The Best Chef Awards Gala.

The gala will feature a remarkable gathering of top culinary talents from around the world, underscoring its reputation as a premier celebration of culinary excellence. The awards will also spotlight Dubai’s own leading chefs, such as Grégoire Berger of Ossiano, as well as rising stars like Executive Pastry Chef Christophe Devoille of Atlantis The Royal. At Atlantis The Royal, highlights include a Michelin-starred experience at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, featuring a four-course menu inspired by iconic British flavors, including the historic Meat Fruit (c.1500). Estiatorio Milos by Costas Spiliadis, one of the world’s premier Greek Mediterranean restaurants, invites diners to savor a curated menu with views of the stunning Skyblaze fountain. Dubai’s premier lifestyle destination, Ling Ling, will delight guests with a contemporary Asian four-course menu paired with a signature cocktail. Over at the iconic Atlantis, The Palm, Michelin-starred Hakkasan will offer an enticing nine-course set menu, showcasing Executive Chef Andy Toh’s Cantonese specialties. Ossiano x Fusions by Tala

For one night only, the Michelin-starred Ossiano will team up with Bahrain’s Fusions by Tala to present an exclusive culinary experience. Ranked No. 9 on the Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants list, Fusions by Tala is helmed by Chef Tala Bashmi, a Swiss-trained chef from Bahrain celebrated as a pioneer of modern Gulf, or “Khaleeji,” cuisine. Chef Tala artfully combines cherished childhood memories and traditional flavors with a modern twist. Joined by Ossiano’s acclaimed chef, Grégoire Berger, the two will craft a 10-course tasting menu, each course offering a unique culinary perspective from each chef. For a limited engagement of just two nights, the one-Michelin-starred restaurant Ossiano will team up with Ocean, a two-Michelin-starred establishment led by Austrian chef Hans Neuner. Neuner has honed his culinary skills by deeply engaging with the essence of Portuguese cuisine. His approach revolves around key elements: fresh fish, traditional Portuguese recipes, and a profound respect for high-quality ingredients, emphasizing a simplicity that lets each component shine. Portugal serves as Neuner’s primary inspiration, heavily influencing his culinary vision and connection to its rich traditions and culture. The exquisite 10-course menu pays homage to Ocean’s Portuguese roots while incorporating Asian influences, complemented by Ossiano’s modern interpretation of progressive French cuisine. The outcome is a collection of artfully crafted dishes that celebrate the centuries of cultural exchanges between East and West.

Dinner by Heston Blumenthal x Château Margaux

One Michelin-starred restaurant, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, is partnering with the esteemed French wine house Château Margaux for an exclusive one-night event. With just 20 seats available, this intimate dining experience will be hosted by Aurélien Valance, Winemaker and Deputy Managing Director of Château Margaux. Guests will indulge in a specially curated five-course tasting menu, showcasing dishes inspired by Britain’s gastronomic heritage, each paired with exquisite Château Margaux wines.

The culinary journey begins with the iconic Truffle (c. 1500), a truffle and mushroom parfait complemented by Pavillon Rouge du Château Margaux 2005. For the main course, diners will savor Rice & Flesh (c. 1390), featuring beef cheek infused with saffron and red wine, paired with Pavillon Rouge du Château Margaux 2019. The evening will culminate with the Bohemian Cake (c. 1648), a delightful blend of chocolate, almond, and cherry, accompanied by the limited-production Château Margaux 1996.
