Atlantis Dubai is thrilled to announce that the 8th annual The Best Chef Awards Gala will be held at the iconic Asateer Tent at Atlantis, The Palm, on Wednesday, November 6. For one night only, the Michelin-starred Ossiano will team up with Bahrain’s Fusions by Tala to present an exclusive culinary experience. Ranked No. 9 on the Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants list, Fusions by Tala is helmed by Chef Tala Bashmi, a Swiss-trained chef from Bahrain celebrated as a pioneer of modern Gulf, or “Khaleeji,” cuisine.
