Getting the right support for back pain

Chronic back pain is a daily reality for me. Like many others, my back pain started from something small – carrying heavy backs, lifting boxes in the wrong way, sitting with bad posture and playing sports. The symptoms of wear and tear on my body (even though these days I mostly spend my time hunched over a computer at work) are starting to get steadily worse. From sudden bouts of painful back spasms to a dull niggling ache, on good days I’ve learned to just ignore it and on bad days I don’t want to get out of bed. Decor + Design’s Best Exhibition Stand award was given to GlobeWest for their stunning avenue display, whilst the AIFF award was won by metal artworks firm Entanglements.
