Meet Australia’s latest celebrity chef import Nadia Lim. Winner of MasterChef NZ, NZ MY Kitchen Rules judge, award winning cook book author and co-founder of My Food Bag, Nadia Lim brings with her a down to earth food philosophy that is already changing the way Australians enjoy food. Nadia’s ‘Nude Food’ philosophy is a simple, nutritious and delicious way to embrace healthy eating without the fads, diets and marketing hype.

Nadia’s unique approach is based on her experience as a qualified dietician working in the diabetes sector. Nadia Lim is passionate about getting back to the basics – stripped down natural food without the additives and excess packaging. Already wildly successful in her native New Zealand where she is a household name and healthy eating advocate, Nadia brings to Australia My Food Bag, a recipe and ingredient delivery service that is revolutionising the way meals are cooked and eaten. Nadia Lim has already helped tens of thousands of people every week with her simple, healthy and delicious recipes.

To date, almost 5 million Nadia Lim meals have been delivered via My Food Bag. Nadia says she doesn’t believe in diets but wants to show people the deliciousness of simple and natural food: “Eat from the ground, the sea, the sky and less from factories. That’s Nude Food,” she says. Nadia’s company My Food Bag now solves the “What’s for dinner?” issue for families in Sydney and Melbourne. Nadia supports Australian farmers by sourcing only the freshest local and free-range produce for her food bags. She says she is proud of the positive effect My Food Bag has had on people’s lives: “Kids are eating more vegetables and trying new foods, families are eating together around the dinner table more, couples are cooking together in the kitchen, and people are eating less takeaways.”
