Land Rover has introduced their new line of Range Rovers, the Evoque, available in the S, SE, and HSE. We all know that Range Rovers are the be all and end all of fantastically made and good quality cars, but the Range Rover Evoque is a great medium-sized SUV, packed with great features and sleek design.

  • Range Rover Evoque Design

Land Rover has continued with their classic and well-recognised design for the exterior of the Evoque, keeping the traditional design and feel from their previous models. The exterior has very few lines and focuses on a smooth and clean look that represents its sophistication. This clean, modern look is further expressed with the flush door handles and non-visible exhaust tips. These inclusions really make the Range Rover Evoque look sportier, smoother, and even futuristic.

The interior pushes this futuristic, de-cluttered feel even further with a sleek and open cabin. The interior is minimalist and keeps only what is essential or preferred for the driver and passengers. The Evoque also includes a sliding panoramic roof which really opens up the world for your passengers. The panoramic roof allows you to bring in some lovely, natural light into the car, which will be a well-loved feature during long drives on a sunny day.

The choice of ethically-sourced leather allows for comfortable yet stylish, seats. The seating also includes electric movement, memory, heating, cooling, and even massage. The amount of thought and that was put into the seats really set the Evoque against other SUVs. Very rarely do we see amazing technology like this being implemented into the seats, thus allowing drivers and passengers to not only be comfortable during a long drive but actually enjoy it. While the exterior includes a sloping roof, the headroom of the cabin is actually very spacious, allowing taller people to avoid being cramped.

Speaking of technology, the features and safety technology in the Evoque is unmatched. The Evoque includes an Infotainment screen, which includes Touch Pro. The 10” touchscreen is essentially an iPad mounted to the car, allowing you to access apps, check fuel levels, operate climate control, check a 3D map, and plenty of other features right at the tips of your fingers. The infotainment also includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone mirroring, as well as rear-view and 360-degree cameras, allowing you to drive and park perfectly every time.

The drive of the Evoque is quite powerful, with the acceleration reacting quickly. The engine and outside noise is undetectable, and the cabin remains silent, whether you’re on the highway or driving through town. The steering is nicely weighted and reacts as quickly as the acceleration, creating a great sense of control. You really feel as if the car is a part of you, as it reacts and acts exactly how you intend it to.

Overall, the Range Rover Evoque is a modern SUV that has amazing features, a beautifully modern design, and handles great on the road. What more could you want from an SUV?
