They say a picture’s worth a thousand words. However, anyone who has travelled widely or who has witnessed amazing moments’ in life might agree that it’s rare for a camera to be able to capture the true essence of a place or a moment in time: those views, places or precious times that simply take your breath away. The Nikon 1 V1 is an exception.

The Nikon V1 is a powerful digital camera with an interchangeable lens set, released to the Australian market in late 2011. Accompanying the J1 in the Nikon “1” range, it has since “wowed” professional and amateur photographers alike.

Amazing images are achieved through a range of staggering features and high performance of the V1. Nikon have included a responsive autofocus plus super fast shooting speed. It’s also easy to capture Full HD (1080p) movies; and even better, you can snap high resolution shots and record simultaneously! Attachable details include the Speedlight to add fill lighting for darker areas, and a GPS unit which is ideal for adding location data to image files…making it easy for you to recall exactly where your beautiful images were taken.

The interchangeable lens set includes a 10-30mm lens and a 30-110mm, enabling sharp, precise photography for both close and distant objects Additionally, those wishing to take their photography to the next level will be impressed with the two lens wide angle and two lens wide zoom kit.

In an era where we are increasingly reaching for; and largely relying on our Smartphone’s to capture photos, it’s nice to know Nikon have packed all the above features into a practical, compact size. This allows the V1 to be taken any place that life takes you, without sacrificing quality for convenience.

The Nikon V1 is available in black and white, overall blending a classic feel with a contemporary design. For further information on the Nikon 1 V1, visit https://www.nikon.com.au/en_AU/
