Bon Savon Australia are known for creating the most luxurious, handmade soaps that look so immaculate, you would honestly contemplate never using any of these beautiful works of art as a soap, though would display it only in the most serene bathroom suite for all to admire.

Without constant maintenance, all landscapes can so easily become a little dull and lack those small features that give any garden setting the bright lift that it needs to impress. Though, creating and maintaining a garden setting is just not for everyone, some of us need something simple and stylish to compliment a tiresome outdoor area. If this sounds like you, you’re in need of some Magic Mushies, sure to liven up any plain garden space.

Thomas Paul

  • July 14, 2011
  • Atal Hakikat
A man with some serious style; Thomas Paul began his career in the fast-paced fashion industry where he learned to quickly adapt and cater to the ever changing needs of all the fashionable people through experimenting with trends and “it” items in major design houses. In turn, he developed a strong sense of style and eye for detail, developing on his creativity which has lead him to the self-titled label ‘Thomas Paul’. Though the Thomas Paul collection ranges from fashion accessories to home wear accessories, a personal favourite of mine would definitely be his chic pillows and cushions made to add that ‘wow’ factor to any space.

It seems that the latest doggy-accessory that we are all taking quite a liking to is the newly launched dog duvets from ‘Molly Mutt’. They came about when the designer Molly Mundt, a dog lover from San Francisco creatively thought of an eco-friendly way to keep dogs and their owners happy whilst at the same time, keeping unused textiles out of our landfills.

Note Couture

  • July 12, 2011
  • Atal Hakikat
When everyone and everything around you seems to be becoming insanely busier day by day, it can be hard to keep in touch and on track with your family, your friends and even with yourself. With constant changes and developments happening all around, it can get a little difficult to keep things personal. We all love a personal touch and constant reminder from the ones we love to keep us smiling and so, I want to share with you the most uplifting, fun and unique stationary brand I know of – Note Couture.

Note Couture is the savviest, personalised, stationary brand with a stunning variety of illustrations and collections, all suitable for the home, office, gifts or personal use. These chic designs are a new take on the simple stationary collections that we are used to seeing. Unlike anything that I have seen before, Note Couture lets you choose the style of your stationary and add your own personal flair to notepads, invitations, to-do lists, correspondence cards and the more specific such as moving house cards, personalised gift cards, personal diaries and much more.

Whichever the occasion, there is something at Note Couture made just for you. You are the designer after all, so head to www.notecouture.com.au and make a start on your personalised pieces. All you need to do is log on to the Note Couture website, click on the ‘Shop’ tab at the top of the page, out of the provided viewing options click how you would like to view the illustrations. Once you have chosen your favourite illustration, pick a format in which you would like it printed (notepad, to-do list, invitation, etc.) then add your name and personal message. Add your design to the shopping cart and await the arrival of your personally fashioned Note Couture stationary. This usually takes 7-10 days so the wait won’t be too long!

All Note Couture personalised stationary is printed in Australia, of high-quality, in full-colour and with the most affordable prices starting from as little as $8.00. There’s also no minimum order amount and shipping is available to anywhere in Australia.

Note Couture allows us to be creative, even with our stationary. It is just so convenient and no doubt, the best stationary available to all of us who like the personal touch and a comforting gesture to make us smile.

bec & bridge – Amelie Jacket

  • July 5, 2011
  • Atal Hakikat
I’m sure in the middle of winter, stepping out into the cold on a winters morning is something none of us look forward to – we would much rather be crawling back into our cosy beds, among the flannelette sheets, mink blanket and doona for an extra hour or so. To make this a little easier, investing in a comfortably warm jacket is just the thing to keep you looking chic and sheltered from the cold this winter. A personal favourite of mine would have to be a particular jacket, part of the latest bec & bridge collection and the shearling trend, the ‘Amelie Jacket’.

Why White?

  • July 5, 2011
  • Atal Hakikat
White is often thought of as a staple colour, something we accompany with a brighter feature wall in rooms, along with the popular choice for bathrooms and kitchens. It represents cleanliness, purity and light and literally goes, with everything. However, white seems to be overtaking the feature wall, with increasing amounts designers and home owners choosing more eggshell than vivid colourings.
