The iHealth Digital Scale makes it easy for you to maintain your fitness, even on the go. A small and convienient piece of technology which helps you to keep track of your weight, set achieveable goals, share your progress with healthcare professionals and fitness friends and keep it all under control via your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad device. It’s all simply connected through the Bluetooth-connected scale and application.

Here’s how it works – An easy to use interface with data and graphics set up a personal profile for each individual user, it includes information such as gender, age, height and the starting weight. With the connecting app, any weight fluctuations that occur over time are recorded in relation to all daily activities, time of day as well as diet and exercise routines. The progress is optionally shared with contacts of chosen healthcare professionals, friends and family through an email set up, Facebook or Twitter connection, which notifies selected contacts with short term and long term results. Another benefit of the iHealth Digital Scale is that each person can create an unlimited number of accounts which they can access at any time to manage and track their results and progress, great for those who choose to use the physical product at home rather than just in the interactive way.

A few other great benefits of the iHealth Digital Scale are – the wireless Bluetooth technology allows each person to weigh in no matter where they are, personalised graphs and tools make it easy to keep updated on the progress, Milestone feature allows goals to be set, supports multiple users on multiple mobile devices, easy to read visual displays and step-by-step usage. On the technical side, the benefits are – a slim and lightweight scale which still holds up to 150kg of weight, modern design, Bluetooth compatible, tempered glass platform and simple battery use with 4 x AAA batteries which are included in the original purchase.
