There’s an unglamorous ritual behind most lighters: flick, light, pocket, forget — until it runs dry and gets binned. The Tsubota Pearl Sigaretta Metal lighter was built to break that cycle. Shaped like a slim cigarette and cast in brass, it’s a refillable petrol lighter from a Tokyo workshop that has been making them the same deliberate way since well before disposables existed, and has quietly refused to change since.
