Ia Orana Bora Bora

Bora Bora is an island in the group of Islands of French Polynesia, an overseas collectivity of France in the Pacific Ocean. Originally inhabited by Polynesian settlers who in fact named the island “Pora Pora” in the 4th Century, it is now a French colony and one of the most sought-out tourist destinations of the world. And no wonder.

A Short Stay @ Byron Bay

Look to the northenest reaches of New South Wales and you will find Byron Bay, (otherwise known as “Walgun” by Australian Indigenous peoples) a sleepy beachside town that has roots in both sides of the Australian story. First used by the Gunjgalung people, Byron Bay was a home for these nomadic tribes to share Dreamtime stories, and was then centuries later named after circumnavigator John Byron by the famous Captain Cook.
